Fail quickly and often while trying to keep the Karma in the sky in a one-page tabletop RPG for 1-4 players plus a GameMaster. The players are the new bridge officers, eager and incompetent in equal measure. All is not lost to managerial quirks, because the Crew can step up to keep their ship in the air. The officers are guaranteed to fail their first roll for any skill, but the Fail-First system ensures steady growth until they will have better-than-even odds of keeping the Karma's reactor from exploding.
