Clean Slate

The Counsel was assassinated. For no rational reason, a group of outsiders known as Foren have been blamed. Following a massive rush to escape the chaotic city, the gate guards have raised their standards as they can take more time screening each person attempting to leave. Confidence or the "right" look aren't enough anymore. To escape, innocent Foren need forged citizenship papers. That's where you come in.

Get the means to forge papers from the city Clerk's office. Maybe swipe papers recently made. But will that get Foren past the gates?
